All-Earth Citizens Foundation (AEC) Will Launch Groundbreaking Video Competition for Interstellar Communication

In an unparalleled move towards fostering communication with extraterrestrial intelligence, the All-Earth Citizens Foundation has announced a unique Video Competition open to people of all ages worldwide. On April 22, 2023, the International Earth Day, AEC sucessfully hosted the first YSLL Forum. We extend our heartfelt appreciation for your participation in the AEC Youth Service Learning and Leadership Forum. We trust that the forum provided valuable insights and meaningful experiences for all attendees.

AEC Foundation students visited the California Institute of Technology campus in Pasadena, CA. During this tour, students were given a glimpse of campus life and activities to prepare them for their own future college experiences. Students learned about sustainability and campus resources from a current CalTech student.

Students representing All-Earth Citizens Foundation took a trip to a local community garden in Rosemead, CA. This garden was created by CultivaLA, an organization that maintains farms and community gardens to improve the quality of life in local towns. Students learned hands-on techniques for farming and sustainable growth.

Jonathan H. Jiang Prize for Fundamental Science (Math, Physics, Chemistry)

Named by Dr. Jonathan H. Jiang (JHJ), the JHJ Prize for Fundamental Science is created to identify and encourage early talents in basic research in field of mathematics, physics, and chemistry. The JHJ Prize awards annually to the most compelling young candidates who have demonstrated a commitment to fundamental scientific inquiry through their achievements witnessed by published research in physics, chemistry, or mathematics.

 

Applicants are individually chosen by a committee of distinguished scholars through a selective review process. The JHT Prize is an honor reserved only for our highly accomplished young scientists under the age of 26, who have dedicated their talent to science.

AEC certified 45 students for The President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2021-2022 school year, including 35 Gold Awards, 5 Silver Awards, and 5 Bronze Awards. The total volunteer hours are 8211. Congratulations!

AEC is proud to be the member of the Global Partnership on Marine Liter under UN Environment Programme.

The Perceiver STEAM Seminar Series will feature Dr. Jonathan Jiang from NASA JPL. He will discuss and explore concepts and issues from different perspectives including physical science, social science, and political science. Through the Perceiver STEAM seminar series, students will learn how to conduct research and to think critically. Our goal is to spark students’ curiosity and empower them with a comprehensive skill set to pursue a meaningful higher education and careers across various industries.

On July 30th, AEC Special Education club hold a charity concert in Irvine, CA. They have raised more than $1000 to donate to a non-profit organization which focused on special educations. Read more….

Oliver is a rising 2L at Harvard Law School. He is irrationally attached to UC Berkeley, where he went to college, and enjoys writing, water polo, watching soccer, and rooting for progressive governments worldwide in his spare time. He is also the founder of Asian Youth Liberty League.

Wency, the 2021 president of RUP club, led the team to do research, design, find a factory to produce, and promote and sell the recyclable, 100% cotton made masks. All the earnings was donated to a nonprofit organization which helps to reduce the marine pollution. In the video, she is sharing the story of RUP club and encouraging more students to join AEC RUP club.
